These products can be even used when they are no more fit for human use. These can be later disassembled to their constituent parts and can still be used. If wood can run for a longer period of time then why should we reduce its lifespan?
2. Durable Furniture
One more to way would be to buy the furniture which are durable and easily fixable. If you buy durable furniture then you need not visit furniture shops again and again. By doing so, you contribute to reduce using woods. The furniture which are easily fixable can also be easily transported which means once you want to get rid of your old chair you can easily put it on sale for vintage goods' buyers. You can also clean your furniture with citrus, which makes Eco-friendly cleaning too.
3. Low-toxicity Furniture
Always purchase low-toxicity furniture. When you welcome your new furniture at your home they start off-gassing (or releasing its substances into air). Volatile organic compounds are the once which release very harmful gases that can even cause birth defects, interruption in endocrine system and mental peace.
4. Flexible Furniture
Buy flexible furniture which can be spread out when in use and when not in use can be converted into single use. After all earth requires more trees. If you believe in saving your money, then you must believe in saving our earth, as our tagline says, what happens to nature that ultimately happens to us!
